WHAT WE DO:
De Gallow is the Director of the TLTC. In addition to administering the TLTC unit, she works with faculty and administrators across UC Irvine as they develop innovations in teaching and improve the learning culture on campus. She works closely with different departments tailoring specific pedagogical programs on a variety of fronts. At the same time, De coordinates programs with Faculty Development leaders in the University of California system as well as with centers across the country.

Iain Grainger is the Manager for Instructional Technology and also Producer/Director for media/video production for the UC Irvine campus.
As Manager for Instructional Technology at the TLTC, Iain is responsible for teaching faculty, through workshops and one-on-one tutorials, how to best utilize innovative technology within their teaching. He also works with the TLTC team to advance the use of technology through teaching practices.
As Campus Producer/Director for the UC Irvine campus, Iain is dedicated to facilitating the production of all types of media and/or video production, from the coverage of the visit from the Dalai Lama to UCI, to a promotional video for University Advancement. From broadcast specials for UCTV to YouTube, we facilitate, produce, manage, and consult for the campus on all its media needs.

Austin is a producer/director of many of the TLTC and other units' videos. He is also a graduate of the UCI fine arts program. He offers workshops on streaming media and can consult with faculty about the use of video and audio technologies for the classroom.

Jeffrey Fisher is the video teleconference coordinator for the TLTC and the UCI campus. As video teleconference coordinator, Jeffrey serves as both an administrator and a technician. He also manages the TLTC's YouTube Channel, organizing video posts and user interface. Finally, he provides faculty support with instructional technology and is an instructor for the TLTC's Tech Time and for EEE workshops.

Barbara V. Fernandez is the Program Coordinator for the TLTC and is central to promoting the TLTC to the campus community. She is responsible for the logistics for the TLTC's pedagogical programs and coordinates of our consultative services. Barbara also coordinates the scheduling and registration of the TLTC teaching workshops.
